Had water damage in my home. Called my insurance company and they led me to believe I was covered for the damage and sent a remediation team over. Later I received a large bill from the remediation company and my insurance company denied the claim. I contacted RIA (Priscilla) and she came immediately, took charge of things, contacted the insurance company and also a law firm and sent teams over to access and repair the damage, all the while documenting everything. I was out of the loop and Priscilla handled everything. The insurance company then made a reasonable offer for damages and we settled. I later had a leak from a faulty water heater and I called Priscilla immediately who took charge, contacting the insurance company, taking photos and getting the remediation done.
