He inspected the damage done to our home himself spending hours doing so. I was referred to RIA and Joe to get an accurate number for repairs to submit to my insurance company that had shorted us an unreasonable amount for hurricane damages. He was extremely professional and down to the detail in his documentation. Had water damage in my home. Called my insurance company and they led me to believe I was covered for the damage and sent a remediation team over. Later I received a large bill from the remediation company and my insurance company denied the claim. I contacted RIA (Priscilla) and she came immediately, took charge of things, contacted the insurance company and also a law firm and sent teams over to access and repair the damage, all the while documenting everything. I was out of the loop and Priscilla handled everything. The insurance company then made a reasonable offer for damages and we settled. I later had a leak from a faulty water heater and I called Priscilla immediately who took charge, contacting the insurance company, taking photos and getting the remediation done. I did not deal with the insurance company once and Priscilla settled the claim in a timely matter. I can't say enough about RIA and Priscilla and recommend them highly.read more
